DESCRIPTION:Introducing our most intense offering: An incredibly challenging and rewarding hike up Mount Rainier in Washington State!  This is a 6 day adventure; 3 Days on the Mountain\, 2 Days Travel\, with a pre-climb hike to the breathtaking High Rock Overlook.  Costs are covered\, including lodging\, meals\, gear\, permits\, and transportation.  Flight cost not included. \n\n\n\n– Difficulty Level: 5 / 5– Extreme Physical Challenge– Training and Some Experience Necessary– 6 Day Trip including travel \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Waypoint Vets team is composed of Volunteers. Train toward being able to handle a 1\,000′ elevation gain / per hour for 5-6 consecutive hours while wearing a 45-50 lb pack.

SUMMARY:Appalachian Trail Hike & Racecar Ride Along
DESCRIPTION:Veterans will travel to northern Georgia to take on a peaceful and challenging section hike in the intimate and formidable Appalachian Mountains.  All gear\, logistics\, meals\, trail snacks\, transport\, and trail support is included.  Upon finishing our hike\, we will visit the famous ROAD Atlanta in historic Braselton\, GA for an invigorating race car ride along with professional drivers as a grand finale. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n*Round Trip Flight to ATL Not Covered. SUMMARY:East Tennessee Adventure
DESCRIPTION:Waypoint Vets\, Adventures Unlimited\, Hiwassee Outfitters\, Ocoee Riverside Farms\, and TN State Parks are teaming up to deliver an incredibly dynamic co-ed experience in scenic East Tennessee. Veteran participants will take on professionally led Class 3-4 white water rapids on the Ocoee River\, experience guided rock climbing in Cherokee National Forest\, enjoy kayaking down the Hiwassee River\, and an exhilarating day hike that visits eight intimate waterfalls. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLodging includes 4 peaceful riverside cabins on a rustic retreat property called Welcome Valley Village\, nestled in the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains. We will enjoy home cooked family-style meals\, lunches in nature\, nightly bonfires\, and riverside reflection circles.  Airfare *not* covered. SUMMARY:Rocky Mountain Women's Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Women veterans will unite to enjoy an empowering and rejuvenating retreat immersed in the majesty of the Rocky Mountains.  The trip includes itinerary potentials such as Garden of the Gods\, Pikes Peak\, rock climbing\, the Broadmoor Seven Falls\, horseback riding\, and a plethora of breathtaking hikes. Our wellness coaches and trained staff will provide a variety of group fitness activities\, guided meditation\, art exercises\, and our Waypoint reflection circles. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Rocky Mountains in fall is stunning\, and we have a visually and physically dynamic itinerary planned for our veteran participants! Lodging includes rustic private cabins on the beautiful Farish Recreation Area property in Woodland Park\, CO. \n\n\n\n*Flight cost not covered. DESCRIPTION:Veterans embark on an epic experience onto Lake Powell via a 30’ x 100’ house boat for 4 days and 3 nights.
