(FULL) WOMEN VETERANS RETREAT, SEP 2021: DESTIN, FL

Army Combat Veterans Sarah Lee (Founder of Waypoint Vets) and Jo’Annes (GI JO) Williams (CEO of Tribe Inferno) are joining forces to offer our Sisters-in-Arms a 6 Day Fitness / Relaxation Retreat in Destin, FL!

JO has served in four combat tours with the US Army. She is a NFTP Certified Fitness Trainer, Wellness Coach, and a true advocate and fighter for the healing, strength, and betterment of our community.

JO is a gifted trainer that focuses on both body and mind, as they are directly connected. Health and happiness walk hand in hand, and both Sarah and Jo understand the journey from rock bottom to the top of the world and vice versa intimately.

Abigail Clark will be our in-house Nationally Licensed Massage Therapist, and will work closely and carefully with our Women Veterans. Abby works wonders in alleviating chronic pain, with a specialty in deep tissue relief, and myofascial release.

We have secured a beautiful property which fits our itinerary perfectly. Our days will consist of physical activity, relaxation, connection, and camaraderie.

Safety is a priority to us during these uncertain times. The property includes spacious common areas for necessary distancing, separate bedrooms and bathrooms for each participant, and massive outdoor spaces for the fitness and relaxation components. ITINERARY IN PROGRESS! 🙂
