2023: Destin Women’s Retreat

Women veterans will unite to enjoy a fitness / relaxation retreat in beautiful Destin, FL.  It will be led by a Nationally certified fitness trainer and our wellness coach to empower their bodies and minds, and we will have a Licensed massage therapist to carefully alleviate the physical pain they carry.

The experience includes white sand beach hikes, morning yoga and meditation, as well as challenging full body workouts and water aerobics. This is typically an emotional experience for our women veterans, as their hardships are unique and deeply relatable amongst each other.
